Simple, science based tools to help you feel steadier, clearer and more regulated in daily life
Many experiences we call stress, overwhelm, anxiety, tension, or racing thoughts have strong physiological components.Your breathing, CO₂ balance, and autonomic state shape how your brain interprets the world — influencing mood, clarity, energy, and resilience.Physiology-based coaching helps you understand what your body is doing and learn simple tools to support steadiness, clarity, and recovery. It is practical, light-touch, and grounded in how the body actually works. This is not psychotherapy or trauma processing. You don’t need to talk about your past or explore emotional material.
The focus is on physiology — and how to support it in real life.
What This Can Help With
People come to physiology coaching for many reasons, including:- feeling stressed or overwhelmed
- tension or effortful breathing
- difficulty switching off
- feeling reactive under pressure
- disrupted sleep or low resilience
- busy minds and an inability to settle
- physical effects of chronic load
- wanting to feel more “grounded” and clearThis approach is designed to fit real lives — especially busy ones.
How It Works
1. Breathing mechanics
Restoring efficient diaphragm movement and reducing unnecessary tension.
2. Breathing Biochemistry
Improving comfort, efficiency, and stability of breathing.
3. Autonomic Regulation
Supporting a steadier baseline and quicker settling during stress.
Sessions blend these three elements depending on what you need.
You don’t have to choose a technique — everything is integrated into a simple, coherent approach.

Before You Book
A few important points:- This is physiology coaching, not psychotherapy.- Some tools take 10–20 seconds; others work best with 5–10 minutes when you have time.- A small amount of engagement is needed for change.- You are in charge of whether another session is needed, there is no expectation of ongoing sessions unless helpful- Some people come for 1-3 sessions, others choose to train deeper over a longer time period, some come for periodic check-ins- Not suitable for crisis or specialist mental health needs.Full “Before You Book” details (PDF).
